Instructions
- Grease the slow cooker insert and add the oats, water, mashed bananas, chia seeds, and salt.
- Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally if desired.
- Once cooked, divide the oatmeal among bowls and top with chocolate chips, walnuts, and sliced banana.
- Drizzle with pure maple syrup if desired before serving.
