Ingredients

The oats

  • 1.5 cups steel cut oatmeal

The liquids

  • 1 15-oz. can full fat coconut milk
  • 4.5 cups milk

The flavorings

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
  4. Top with a pinch of cinnamon and your favorite toppings before serving.
