Instructions
- Combine oats and almond milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once thickened, turn off the heat and let it sit.
- Stir in mashed banana, coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter, and salt until smooth.
- Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
