Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add steel cut oats and cook until slightly toasted and golden.
- Pour in almond milk and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in salt, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- If desired, add yogurt or peanut butter.
- Transfer to jars or containers, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
