Creamy Steel-Cut Oatmeal

Instructions
- Combine water and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the steel-cut oats and stir, then return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered loosely, for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once oats are tender and liquid is mostly evaporated, turn off heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes.
- Serve the oatmeal immediately, garnished with your choice of toppings.
