Ingredients

The oats

  • 1 cup PC Blue Menu steel cut oats, dry
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup milk (almond milk, original)
  • 1 large apple, chopped, with skin
  • 1 tiny banana, thinly sliced
  • tablespoons pumpkin pie spice

Add-ons per serving

  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for chia seeds and agave in the crock pot.
  2. Set the crock pot to the lowest setting and let it simmer for about 6 hours.
  3. Once cooked, serve with chia seeds and agave as toppings.
