Instructions
- 1. In a medium saucepan, bring almond milk, water, and salt to a boil.
- 2. Add steel cut oats, cover, and reduce heat to a simmer, cooking for 10 to 20 minutes based on your preferred oatmeal texture.
- 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, and honey.
- 4. Top with blueberries and almonds, then serve and enjoy!
- 5. For slow cooker method, double the recipe, combine all ingredients, and cook on warm overnight or for 8 hours on low.
