Ingredients

The oats

  • 2 cups Quick Cooking Steel Cut Oats
  • 4 cups water
  • Cinnamon to taste for sprinkling

The toppings

  • Assorted various Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries recommended)
  • 8 tbsp Almond Butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Pour in oats and remove the pot from the heat.
  3. 3. Cover the pot and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. After 20 minutes, the oats should be creamy but still a little chewy.
  5. 5. Divide the oats into containers.
  6. 6. Top each with cinnamon, berries, and 1 tbsp. of almond butter.
  7. 7. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  8. 8. When ready to enjoy, reheat in the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  9. 9. Stir and add almond milk if desired to thin it out.
