Instructions
- Combine vanilla almond milk, oats, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Whisk in the vanilla bean paste, maple syrup, and cinnamon and cook until oats reach the desired texture.
- Remove from the pot, add toppings if desired, and serve hot.
