Instructions
- Warm the milk in a small pot over high heat until it starts to bubble.
- Add the oats to the bubbling milk, stir once, and reduce the heat to low.
- Let the oats simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the oats have absorbed most of the milk, add the vanilla, honey, cinnamon, and raisins, and mix well.
- Remove from heat and serve, or store in a Thermos for later.
