Instructions
- Heat coconut milk in a medium saucepan.
- Stir in egg yolks, stevia, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a blender, adding chocolate chips.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Pour scant ½ cup of the mixture into 6 half-cup ramekins.
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled.
