Chocolate Pots de Creme

The whipped cream

powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place the chocolate drink in the blender jar.
- Whisk the milk, 1 cup of cream, egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until smooth.
- Cook the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and coats the back of a spatula.
- Pour the thickened mixture over the chocolate in the blender and add vanilla.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Divide the mixture into ramekins or small jars.
- Chill until set for about 2-3 hours.
- Whip the remaining cup of heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Dollop the whipped cream on top of the pots de creme and garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
