Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large, deep pan over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes, breaking it up until browned.
- Add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in ½ cup of pepperoni and garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
- Pour in the marinara sauce, water, salt, pepper, and pasta, then bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 12-14 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- After cooking, sprinkle cheese on top and arrange the remaining pepperoni.
- Bake for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
