Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the sausage for 3-4 minutes, breaking it up.
- Add onion and cook for another 5 minutes until the sausage is browned and the onion is softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then add marinara and tomato sauce, bringing it to a simmer.
- Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and bake covered for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley, let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.
