The crumb topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9.5-inch pie pan.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, and salt. In another bowl, mix the egg and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then press the dough into the pie pan and poke holes in it.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool for 15 minutes.
- In a pot, heat butter and add sliced apples, lemon juice, sweeteners, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir for a few minutes.
- Cover and simmer for about 6-7 minutes, then add cornstarch and stir until thickened. Let cool for 15 minutes.
- Pour the apple filling into the cooled crust.
- For the crumb topping, mix oats, almond flour, sweetener, and cinnamon, then add melted butter.
- Spread the topping over the apple filling.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are browned, then cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
