Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepot over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Whisk in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese, taking the pot off the heat if necessary to prevent separation.
- Continue stirring until all the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens.
- Serve over pasta, chicken, or vegetables.
