Homemade Alfredo Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet or saucepan on medium heat and add butter.
- 2. Add minced garlic, thyme, and Italian seasoning, and sauté until the garlic is soft and fragrant.
- 3. Reduce heat to medium-low and whisk in the cream and milk.
- 4. Add cream cheese while whisking until blended.
- 5. Stir in the parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth.
- 6. Reduce heat to a simmer and season with salt and pepper.
- 7. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 8. Turn off the heat and toss with pasta or store in the fridge until ready to use.
