Instructions
- 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add flour and cook for 30 seconds while stirring constantly.
- 3. Add minced garlic and sauté until both flour and garlic are golden.
- 4. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and milk, cooking until the mixture simmers and thickens slightly.
- 5. Remove from heat and stir in Parmigiano-Reggiano until melted.
- 6. Keep warm until ready to toss with pasta.
