Seared Scallops with Bacon

Instructions
- 1. Remove the ligaments from the scallops and rinse them, then pat dry.
- 2. Season the scallops with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, then remove it but keep the fat in the pan.
- 4. Sear the scallops in the skillet for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
- 5. Add the bacon back to the skillet, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the scallops, and top with parsley.
- 6. Serve immediately.
