Peanut Butter Crackers

Instructions
- Combine the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Make a well in the center, add the peanut butter and water, and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a ball and knead it on a floured surface.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a rectangle about 12 inches long and 1/16th inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into 48 crackers using a pizza cutter.
- Prick each cracker with a fork, brush with peanut oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until crispy, then let cool completely.
