Instructions
- Soak 1 cup of flax seeds in 1 cup of water for 1 hour until it gels.
- Preheat the oven to 150°F or prepare a dehydrator.
- Mix the soaked flax seeds with the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pepita seeds, and desired herbs.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or dehydrator sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 50-70 minutes, flipping once, until crispy.
- If using a dehydrator, dehydrate for about 90 minutes on each side at 115°F.
