Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all the seeds and seasonings together, then pour the water over the mixture.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the flax and chia to thicken.
- Spread the thickened mixture evenly on the baking sheet to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and cut into squares.
- Flip the crackers and return them to the oven for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the crackers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
