Ingredients

  • 1 cup Golden flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp Golden flaxseeds
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flaxseed meal, flaxseeds, sea salt, and black pepper. Add optional seasonings if desired.
  3. Pour in the water and mix until a uniform dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Remove the top parchment layer and transfer the dough to a baking sheet. Score the dough into 1.5-inch squares.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Cool completely before breaking apart.
