Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor and pulse to break them down slightly.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and add boiling water; mix until a soft dough forms and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Spread the dough onto a lined baking sheet into a thin, even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then cool slightly.
- Carefully transfer the crackers to a flat surface and cut them into squares or diamonds.
- Return the cut crackers to the baking sheet and reduce the oven temperature to 170°F.
- Bake until crispy and dry, about 3 to 5 hours.
- Let the crackers cool completely and store in an airtight container.
