Instructions
- Combine all seeds, salt, garlic, and water in a large bowl and mix well, then let sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- Transfer the seed mixture to the baking sheet and spread it to about ¼-inch thickness, scoring into cracker shapes.
- Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes until the crackers are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool on a rack for 20-30 minutes before breaking into pieces.
