Healthy Seed Crackers

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw hulled sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup raw hulled pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • ¾ cup water
  • to taste spray nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine all seeds, salt, garlic, and water in a large bowl and mix well, then let sit for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Transfer the seed mixture to the baking sheet and spread it to about ¼-inch thickness, scoring into cracker shapes.
  4. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes until the crackers are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and cool on a rack for 20-30 minutes before breaking into pieces.
