Homemade Seed Crackers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a half-sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a heat-safe mixing bowl, combine all seeds, flour, nutritional yeast, and seasonings.
- Add 1 cup of boiling water to the mixture and stir well.
- Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes to allow the seeds to gel.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through.
- Once golden and crisp, transfer the crackers to a cooling rack.
- Cool for at least 10 minutes before breaking into pieces.
