Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add water and olive oil, then stir to combine.
  4. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes to allow the seeds to absorb the liquid.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  6. Score the mixture into cracker shapes if desired.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour until edges are brown and smell toasty.
  8. Let the crackers cool in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes.
