Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, flax seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and optional salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and tomato sauce, mixing until a stiff dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough on the bottom parchment paper to a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Slice into small pieces while warm and store in an airtight container if not serving immediately.
