Gluten-Free Sesame Crackers

Ingredients

  • 3 cups blanched almond flour
  • teaspoons celtic sea salt
  • 1 cup raw sesame seeds
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or grapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Mix almond flour, salt, sesame seeds, eggs, and oil in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Divide the dough into two halves.
  3. Roll out each half between two pieces of parchment paper to ⅛ inch thick.
  4. Cut the rolled dough into 2-inch squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
  5. Transfer the squares to two large baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool the crackers before serving.
