Gluten-Free Sesame Crackers

olive oil or grapeseed oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, sesame seeds, eggs, and oil until well blended.
- Divide the dough into two halves.
- Place each half of the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to ⅛ inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into 2 inch squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Transfer the squares to two large baking sheets.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool and serve.
