Gluten-Free Sesame Crackers

Ingredients

  • 3 cups blanched almond flour
  • teaspoons celtic sea salt
  • 1 cup raw sesame seeds
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or grapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, sesame seeds, eggs, and oil until well blended.
  2. Divide the dough into two halves.
  3. Place each half of the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to ⅛ inch thick.
  4. Cut the rolled dough into 2 inch squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
  5. Transfer the squares to two large baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Cool and serve.
