Ingredients

  • ¾ cup DIY Gluten-Free Flour Blend
  • cup almond meal
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 3.5 Tbsp neutral oil
  • 3-5 Tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Combine dry ingredients in a food processor or mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  3. 3. Add oil and pulse or mix until crumbly.
  4. 4. Gradually add cold water, mixing until a semi-sticky dough forms.
  5. 5. Form the dough into a ball and roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. 6. Cut the dough into squares or desired shapes.
  7. 7. Transfer the dough on parchment to a baking sheet and freeze for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Bake for 16-22 minutes until golden brown, then let cool before enjoying.
