Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2. Combine dry ingredients in a food processor or mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- 3. Add oil and pulse or mix until crumbly.
- 4. Gradually add cold water, mixing until a semi-sticky dough forms.
- 5. Form the dough into a ball and roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
- 6. Cut the dough into squares or desired shapes.
- 7. Transfer the dough on parchment to a baking sheet and freeze for about 10 minutes.
- 8. Bake for 16-22 minutes until golden brown, then let cool before enjoying.
