Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- 2. Cook the brown rice and quinoa according to package directions in separate pots.
- 3. Allow the rice and quinoa to cool after cooking.
- 4. In a food processor, blend the cooked rice, quinoa, ground flax, water, herbs, tahini, and salt until smooth.
- 5. Stir in the sesame seeds, whole flax seeds, and chia seeds, or press them on top of the dough.
- 6. Scoop the mixture onto a greased baking sheet or parchment paper and flatten with wet hands.
- 7. Roll the mixture with a pastry roller to smooth it out.
- 8. Cut the dough into desired cracker shapes using a pastry cutter or pizza slicer.
- 9. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden, flipping halfway through if desired.
- 10. Cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes before breaking apart.
