Vegan Herb Crackers

Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, and Herbes de Provence in a large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil and water in a medium bowl.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
- Roll the dough into a ball and press it between 2 sheets of parchment paper to ⅛-inch thickness.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and transfer the bottom piece with the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet.
- Cut the dough into 2-inch squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for 20 minutes before serving.
