Ingredients

  • 2 cups natural almond flour
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or ground chia seed
  • 1 tbsp dry herb of choice (e.g., oregano)
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • dash onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into a square and place it on parchment paper, covering it with another piece of parchment.
  4. Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Remove the top parchment and cut the dough into 1½ inch pieces.
  6. Transfer the parchment with the cut dough to a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, checking regularly to avoid burning.
  8. Cool on a rack and enjoy with dips or toppings.
