Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300ºF (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pepita seeds, and sesame seeds.
- Add water, garlic, and salt to the seed mixture and stir until combined.
- Let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the water.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in two small rectangles, about 12x7 inches each and 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle additional salt on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes, then flip the rectangles with a spatula and bake for an additional 25 to 35 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes on the pan before breaking into crackers and allow to cool completely.
