Ingredients

The salad

  • 12 slices lean center cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 pieces Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium Hass avocado, diced

The dressing

  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • tsp kosher salt
  • to taste fresh black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine diced tomatoes with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Divide chopped lettuce and tomato mixture onto plates.
  3. Top each plate with diced avocado and chopped bacon.
