Ingredients

Salad Fixings

  • 1 pound romaine lettuce
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 8 ounces grape tomatoes

Mayo Dressing

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons white or cider vinegar or lemon
  • 2 ½ tablespoons erythritol powdered

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon and crumble it.
  2. Halve the grape tomatoes.
  3. Cube the avocado.
  4. Make the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and adjust to taste.
  5. For a whole-leaf salad, wash and dry the romaine leaves, divide them onto plates, spread dressing on leaves, and top with bacon, tomatoes, and avocado.
  6. For a chopped salad, cut the romaine into pieces, toss with dressing in a bowl, and divide onto plates, topping each with bacon, tomatoes, and avocado.
