Instructions
- Cook the bacon and crumble it.
- Halve the grape tomatoes.
- Cube the avocado.
- Make the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and adjust to taste.
- For a whole-leaf salad, wash and dry the romaine leaves, divide them onto plates, spread dressing on leaves, and top with bacon, tomatoes, and avocado.
- For a chopped salad, cut the romaine into pieces, toss with dressing in a bowl, and divide onto plates, topping each with bacon, tomatoes, and avocado.
