Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a cold skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out half of the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado flesh with lime juice, garlic powder, and sea salt.
- Fold in the grape tomatoes and chopped romaine lettuce.
- Chop the cooked bacon and add it to the avocado mixture.
- Scoop the mixture back into the avocado halves and serve.
