BLT Salad with Avocado

Instructions
- Cook the bacon and crumble it.
- Halve the grape tomatoes and cube the avocado.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
- For whole-leaf presentation, wash and dry romaine leaves, divide among plates, and spread dressing on leaves. Top with bacon, tomatoes, and avocado.
- For a chopped presentation, cut romaine into pieces, toss with dressing in a bowl, and divide among plates. Top with bacon, tomatoes, and avocado.
