Almond Toffee Sea Salt Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9" x 13" pan.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then stir in the sugar until shiny.
- Remove from heat and mix in cocoa, baking powder, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the eggs until smooth, then add flour, chocolate chips, and 1 cup of toffee bits, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining toffee and chopped almonds, adding extra sea salt if desired.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until set, then cool on a rack before cutting into squares.
