Instructions
- Combine butter, sugar, and salt in a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring often until the mixture turns amber and reaches 300°F (150°C).
- Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking pan.
- Sprinkle the chocolate evenly over the top and let it sit until slightly melted, then smooth it with a spatula.
- Top with chopped almonds, pressing gently to adhere.
- Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces and serve.
