The dressing

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, and mint.
- Cut the avocado into chunks and add it to the bowl.
- Pour lemon juice and olive oil over the salad.
- Add salt and pepper, then mix everything together and serve.
