Instructions
- Combine chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley in a bowl.
- In a separate measuring cup, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat evenly. Adjust seasoning if needed.
