Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for the Za’atar Spice Blend in a small bowl.
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, Za’atar Spice Blend, and sea salt in a sealed bag for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the chicken for 25 to 35 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the Kefir Cucumber Raita by mixing its ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Assemble the bowls with baby arugula, sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato, and raita.
