Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat and brush with oil.
- Grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked, then let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Assemble the bowls by adding couscous, followed by tomatoes, cucumber, sliced chicken, feta, olives, and drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce. Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve with pita.
