Instructions
- 1. Blend all the batter ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
- 2. If the batter is too thick, add some water to thin it out.
- 3. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 4. Drop spoonfuls of the pancake batter onto the skillet and cover with a lid.
- 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute.
- 6. Serve the pancakes immediately.
