Instructions
- 1. Whisk together the oat flour and baking soda in a small bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth.
- 3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a thick batter.
- 4. Grease a non-stick pan and heat it over medium heat.
- 5. Once hot, add spoonfuls of the batter to the pan and cover it.
- 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
- 7. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
