Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 430°F.
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into strips about ¾ inch wide.
- Pour egg whites and seasonings over the fries and stir to combine.
- Place parchment paper on baking sheets and scoop the potatoes onto it, avoiding leftover egg whites.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove parchment paper and slide fries directly onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.
- For the cheese sauce, melt cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Whisk in milk, garlic, seasoning salt, and oil until smooth, then add cheese and melt again until smooth.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the fries and enjoy.
