Baked Seasoned Fries with Skinny Garlic Aioli

Skinny Garlic Aioli

light mayonnaise

fat free greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- Cut each potato lengthwise into ¼ inch slices and then into ¼ inch fries.
- In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes with olive oil and toss well.
- Add the herbs and seasonings to the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes or until tender and crisp, turning them halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve with the garlic aioli.
