Ranch Potato Salad

Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into uniform sizes, then add them to a medium saucepan with enough water to cover them and add salt.
- Cover and cook the potatoes until tender but firm, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and let them cool.
- In a large skillet, sauté chopped bacon over medium heat until brown and crisp, then drain on paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Once the potatoes are cool, combine them in a large bowl with shredded cheese, green onions, and creole seasoning.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the potatoes and mix carefully to coat, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, top with bacon, extra cheese, and green onions if desired, and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
